Procedures for visiting the CSG
Preliminary formalities :
- Please contact us in advance, explaining your needs in writing and detailing the type of coverage you intend to produce.
- For press accreditation, click on the link below, fill in the form in Word format and return it to us by fax.
N.B.!
This form must be sent by fax together with a copy of your Press Card or accreditation letter and an ID photograph at least five working days before your arrival if you are a citizen of an EU country, or two weeks beforehand for other nationalities.
For an invitation to watch a launch :
Send your request to Arianespace (Service de l'Information - Evry) which is the coordinating body for the European Space Agency, CNES (Centre National d'Etudes Spatiales), the customer organisation and the manufacturing partners.

Which facilities can you use when watching a launch?
The Jupiter Press centre in the Jupiter Building has :
- a reception and service area (office services, telephony, messages etc.)
- a newsroom: 6 TV screens, a giant screen for live video-transmission, 2 PCs with Internet access
- 31 work stations (with telephones, with PC hook-ups, adaptors, etc.)
- 8 sound cabins for radio journalists with telephony equipment, live video-transmission monitor, analog or digital console
- lounge with a direct view over the Jupiter Room and the Control Centre
- recording or interviewing room
- two outdoor balconies for watching the launch live
Regulations for entering and moving around the Centre

On arrival, you will receive an identification badge with your photo from the CNES/CSG Press manager. This badge must be worn at all times.
For any photo, film or video report, joint authorisation must first be obtained from the Press and Range Safety Departments.
Special regulations cover aerial, panoramic or altitude shots.
NB : Overflying the Space Centre and the Launch Zones is restricted by French Government Decree.
