Leader of all manufacturers on the base
For operational launches, CNES and Arianespace draw on industrial teams which are involved in making and operating Ariane Space transport systems (launcher and ground systems). These industrial partners are associated with the operation of the CISG through contracts which bind them to the Principals who are members of the CISG.
Some operators are responsible for manufacturing or integrating elements which are directly used for the launcher while others operate, implement and maintain ground facilities on the launch base.
They are all direct or indirect suppliers of CNES/CSG and Arianespace.
The following manufacturers help operate ground production facilities in French Guiana :
- ARIANESPACE (commercial operator)
- REGULUS (production of solid propellant)
- AIR LIQUIDE SPATIAL GUYANE (production of liquid oxygen and hydrogen, and nitrogen)
- EUROPROPULSION (integration of Solid Propellant Motor)
- EADS (integration of the booster stage)
- SNECMA - Motors (integration of Vulcain engine)
